As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and maintain automation platforms.
Your role will be to support platform transformation initiatives, ensuring optimal performance, and driving cost efficiency through automation.
With your expertise, you'll bridge the gap between product owners and delivery teams, translating business needs into innovative solutions that align with Suncorp's strategic vision.
What you'll do
Act as a platform subject matter expert, liaising with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate business requirements.
Collaborate closely with project and infrastructure teams to support automation platform enhancements.
Develop strong relationships with T&T technology teams to drive successful project delivery.
Apply advanced analytical skills to design, cost, and coordinate solutions that deliver business benefits.
Facilitate workshops and design solution sessions, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
Lead and support solution design, documentation, and testing of platform changes in an Agile environment.
What you'll bring
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in solution design, problem-solving, and Agile practices.
Strong background in supporting digital platforms and cloud technologies.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with cross-functional teams ideally within a large complex organisation.
Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, ideally UiPath, and knowledge of AWS, JavaScript, and NodeJS.
Ability to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage post-implementation changes.
