A growing and respected construction firm who have developed a steadfast reputation for delivering high quality projects on time, and within budget.
Their collaborative approach has allowed them to develop strong client relationships and grow the business to almost 50 dedicated construction professionals.
They work across commercial new build & remediation sectors, with multiple projects coming in the new year across all divisions.
The RoleThis is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Junior Estimator with aspirations to fast track their career development with a leading commercial builder.
A day in the life of your role as Junior Estimator will include:
Assisting with the preparation of initial estimates and assessment of tendersUploading documentsBuilding relationships with trades and suppliersStakeholder liaison and engagementBasic costingsAbout YouIdeally at least 1-2 years' experience in an estimating role
Knowledge of D&C and/or ECI projects and contracts – experience in Procure Pro software a plus
Strong attention to detail
Love for spreadsheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
In ReturnUp to $110,000 + Super, depending on experience
Strong career progression opportunities
Work alongside a fantastic team who are all driven to succeed
Car allowance/Vehicle following successful probation (Drivers Licence is essential)
