THE ROLE Nobu is world renowned, and dazzles guests with creative flavours from contemporary menus showcasing Japanese cooking, superb cocktails, sake, & wine.
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated leader to join the Nobu team as the Food and Beverage Supervisor.
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the outlet by providing hands-on support to the entire front of house team.
The successful candidate will be a leader who has a high level of customer service with the ability to develop, implement and maintain all operational procedures and standards to meet the outlet goals.
ABOUT YOU Previous leadership experience in a premium dining environment; Asian/Japanese cuisine is desirablePassion for the hospitality industryAbility to coach and train team members effectively on Standard Operating ProceduresProficiency to handle guest complaints and improve serviceFlexibility to work a rotating rosterStrong product knowledge and intermediate stakeholder management skillsWHAT WE OFFER Work-life balance, receive your roster 4 weeks in advanceFree meals at our staff restaurantPaid parental leavePlease note this is a permanent full-time role consisting of 40 hours of work per week.
