Our beautiful 80 place Hillarys service is looking for a passionate and dedicated 2IC / Lead educator to join our team.
We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.As an integral leader in our nest, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team in delivering both high quality education and care as well as exceptional customer service for our children, families and community.The Assistant Manager role is a unique leadership opportunity, as we introduce this for the first time within our Nido services.
You will be able to have influence on how this role is shaped, working with our existing leadership triangle consisting of a Service Manager, Curriculum Leader and Service Administrator.
