About the RoleAs a Digital Insights Analyst in our Consumer Distribution team you'll play a key role in helping to curate, analyse & drive insights, data and trends to shape our digital team's strategy, performance and digital aspirations.
In providing strong, actionable intelligence to our fellow Digital Imagineers and broader stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role to enabling data driven decision making, creating feel good banking experiences for our customers.

Role Type: 12 months fixed term contract / secondment opportunity
What will your day look like?As a Digital Insights Analyst, you will:
Support the broader Digital Strategy, Insights and Capability team to produce, iterate and present reports across our key functions including Core Digital Dashboards and Sales Performance (via Adobe Analytics) across our digital portfolios.Proactively work with stakeholders to monitor, analyse and produce Digital NPS reporting that provides guidance in how to maintain desired scores and opportunities to increase Digital NPS.Support our broader Digital team in creation, analysis and facilitation of deep-dives across our digital assets to unpack challenges, opportunities to deliver targets & outcomes.Assist the team in iterating and reviewing our digital strategy in-line with Suncorp Bank and ANZ activities.Assisting with providing insights and intelligence into digital trends and capabilities to guide & support our digital stakeholders in making informed decisions on new experiments, initiatives and Design Thinking workshops.Be an advocate for data-led decision making by ensuring our product owners and designers are empowered to build amazing experiences.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
A degree in Statistics, Finance, Business Management, Commerce, or a related discipline, complemented by micro-credentials in data storytelling and analysis; strong proficiency in Excel is also essential.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience in analysing qualitative and quantitative datasets, including proficiency in Adobe Analytics for dashboard creation and digital sales/marketing data interpretation.Excellent communication skills to effectively manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration on insights and data findings.Strong presentation skills with the ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders, supported by familiarity with data storytelling frameworks and tools.A solid understanding of digital trends, competitors, and innovations, along with familiarity with the NPS model and framework to drive insights and recommendations.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
