About the Role:We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Procurement team as a Procurement Coordinator – Inbound.
Reporting to the Head of Commodities - Import & Coordination and based from our Docklands office, the Procurement Coordinator - Inbound contributes to the growth and profitability of the business by ensuring the availability of meat to support scheduled production plans and maximising customer service levels.
Another main responsibility is to manage external storage facility activities associated with meat material for Castlemaine site in a safe, compliant, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities:Replenishment management including coordinating meat requirements on a daily basis through a load planDaily stock reconciliation between external storage facilities and SAP system, ensuring stock accuracyWorking closely with Planning team to ensure that meat supply organised reflects forecast planWorking with external storage facility to ensure meat supply from external storage facilities are delivered into Castlemaine in a timely mannerManage stock variation between SAP and external storage facility, identifying and addressing root causes where necessaryWork closely with outbound team to utilise freight shuttle efficientlyOrganise meat for testing as part of ISQMs protocol to minimise meat supply interruption into CastlemaineAdministration including uploading documentation into required systemsAbout You:Degree or equivalent (ideally in Business) desirable but not requiredProficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP is desirableDemonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externallyAnalytical skills, with high attention to detailProven experience identifying and deploying process improvementsDemonstrated resilience and ability to quickly engage with changeBenefits:Flexible workingDON Caring Everyday – 2 volunteer days per yearPurchase Additional LeaveGlobal Career OpportunitiesStudy Assistance ProgramApplicationsTo apply for this opportunity please submit your resume and cover letter by clicking on the 'Apply' button.
