The Opportunity:
Elders are embarking on a multi-year transformation program which will technically enhance the way they work and provide far more efficient outcomes to their customers and employees.
As the Senior Training Facilitator, you will be a key member of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM implementation team and be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for all levels of the Elders business.
Key responsibilities: Develop and deliver system training programs, including undertaking needs assessments, and developing tailored programs.Contribute to the development of new programs, resources/materials, and delivery methods.Assist the change engagement team in ensuring that all employees have a positive experience with user adoption in their new ways of working.Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.Provide ongoing support to end-users after training to reinforce learning.What we are looking for:
You will have proven experience in developing digital learning programs and the ability to deliver training utilizing your exceptional facilitation skills.
You will be a skilled communicator who knows how to handle challenging conversations while building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Experience in ERP/CRM system training and knowledge of Articulate360 is highly desirable, along with major digital transformation experience.
The role will be offered as a 12-month fixed term with potential to extend and will require travel to regional locations nationally to facilitate training, so you need to be available for some adventure
