The Opportunity:
This role involves working on projects across various continents, showcasing adaptability and expertise in diverse environments. Senior Control Systems Engineers are esteemed as technical authorities, responsible for delivering projects professionally. Responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers and devising innovative technical solutions. Whether collaborating on-site or remotely with global clients, there are ample opportunities for skill development, supported by management and a diverse, inclusive team culture.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Control Systems Engineer to join a dynamic and successful team. As a valuable member of the team and reporting directly to the Project Manager, this multifaceted role will see you overseeing and maintaining the client's plant control systems, including:
Rockwell PLCs
AVEVA Plant Scada (Citect)
Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring, fault resolution, control loop tuning, and change management. Additionally, you'll utilize your expertise in SQL server to manage databases and generate reports.
What You Bring:
Ideal candidates will have:
A degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Electrical/Electronics.
A minimum of 7+ years of experience working as a Control Systems Engineer.
Experience working in Heavy Industries, i.e., Mining, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Infrastructure would be advantageous.
A willingness to travel nationally is required from time to time.
A track record of thriving within project teams, showcasing adaptability and agility.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
Experience with generating engineering documents and proficiency in technical documentation are also required.
