About the Role We are looking for a driven and diverse Assistant Store Manager to assist in overseeing the Retail Showroom, Trade, and Design departments of one of 2 North Brisbane Stores.
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be accountable for providing outstanding customer service, store sales, profit results, and achieving KPIs.
You will love being a 'Leader' of your team, providing coaching and training to drive sales and develop your team to achieve great success.
Additionally, you will merchandise and present the showroom, ensuring it is visually appealing.
Skills and Experience Previous experience in a retail and customer service management environmentExperience in Trade accounts would be preferable but not necessaryStrong attention to detailHigh energy and eagerness to drive your team to successExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCurrent Drivers LicenceWhat's in it for you?
