As a Senior Project Officer, you'll manage complex capital works projects, utilising advanced project management techniques to achieve effective outcomes.
Your role will involve engaging with internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives, overseeing budgets and forecasts, and preparing key reports and submissions.
You'll also contribute to the development of our project systems and the QPS Building Design Manual while providing mentorship and leadership to your team.

The Core Capability Requirements for this role are:
Manage capital works building projects of a complex nature, utilising project management techniques and tools to ensure project objectives are delivered.
Undertake stakeholder engagement, including technical, operational, internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage capital works programs, including establishing and reviewing budgets, cash flows, forecasts and programming to ensure clients' priorities are delivered.
Prepare Ministerial and executive briefings, reports and submissions relevant to program management.
Contribute to the development and review of capital delivery project systems and the QPS Building Design Manual.
Provide supportive and responsive mentoring and leadership to team members.
