About the RoleBased in either Melbourne or Sydney and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role places you at the heart of GCA's operations.
As Registrar, you will lead the student journey, overseeing admissions processes, managing academic records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborating with a range of teams, you'll drive strategic improvements to enhance student experiences and institutional efficiency.
What You'll DoLead admissions and enrolments, ensuring seamless application processing, eligibility assessments, and compliance.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as the ESOS Act, TEQSA, and the National Code, while maintaining data integrity and audit readiness.Oversee academic records management and deliver outstanding graduation experiences.Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to exceed expectations.Champion process improvements and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.What You BringA Bachelor's degree (postgraduate qualifications preferred) in education, business, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration, particularly in international admissions.Expertise in compliance and student management systems such as PRISMS.Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.A passion for creating positive student experiences and building collaborative teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
