As the Recruitment Team Leader, you will lead and drive successful recruitment of General Entry (GE) or Professional roles, through a team of nationally dispersed, high performing, exceptional Recruitment Consultants.

Be you, and we'll be better together. Job Description As the Recruitment Team Leader, you are responsible for leading and driving recruiting success, of General Entry (GE) or Professional roles, through a team of nationally dispersed, high performing, exceptional Recruitment Consultants.
As the Recruitment Team Leader – General Entry you will: Drive General ADF volume candidate enlistments by managing and coaching a team of Recruitment Consultants to deliver exceptional results.Use data analysis to address potential GE candidate pipeline issues and work closely with Target Fulfilment and Enlistment teams to ensure successful enlistments.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies for volume recruitment and continuously evolve operational processes to improve the effectiveness of GE recruitment.Provide detailed analysis of current target achievement to senior leaders, contribute to enlistment meetings, and foster a culture of inclusion and transparency.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service levels with Defence and the DFR Adecco contract.As the Recruitment Team Leader – Professional Services you will: Manage and coach Specialist Recruitment Consultants to deliver Professional Services ADF enlistments.Lead a team of Specialist Recruitment Consultants to proactively source passive candidates across a number of professional disciplines, identifying and addressing talent pipeline shortfalls.Develop external market recruitment strategies to engage with candidates and build specialist talent pools across Navy, Army and Air Force.Foster a culture of inclusion, partnering with ADF and subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relationships with Defence and the DFR Adecco contract.Candidate's Profile If you have worked in a similar position or just looking for your next opportunity that will make an impact, we want to speak with you.
Your background will demonstrate: Proven expertise in volume or professional recruitment process and industry best practices.Experience leading and coaching high-performing, dispersed recruitment teams.Skilled in creating a learning environment to enhance team knowledge and service delivery.Strong consultative and collaborative skills for exceptional client and candidate experiences.Highly proficient in data analysis to identify issues, risks, and plan actions to meet targets.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and maintain quality under pressure.Collaborative in building professional relationships and contributing to team goals.Resilient and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, changing environments.To apply for this position, you must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to maintain an Australian AGSVA security clearance.
