Strata Assistant/Strata Manager

As an entry level role, you will be trained and supported on a small portfolio undertaking both roles as an Assistant Strata Manager/ Strata Manager, allowing you to develop your skills and experience whilst being trained on the full life cycle of a client portfolio.
Our current team of Strata Managers are fantastic, and we're now looking to add someone who can bring additional depth by managing challenging clients and complex meetings when needed.
While prior experience isn't required, we're looking for a candidate who brings confidence, professionalism, and maturity to the role.
This position has a variety of responsibilities and would suit a hands-on individual who can juggle multiple priorities at the one time.
If you're familiar with the strata industry this position is referred to as an Assistant Community Manager/ Community Manager or ACM/CM, meaning you look after the full life cycle of client portfolios.
You will be responsible for: Handling a high volume of emails and phone calls Composing documentation such as correspondence, agenda, and minutes of meetings Ensuring meeting timelines are met Diary management Meeting attendance and minute taking Developing relationships with clients and working closely with your committees Answering queries and providing advice Correspondence and dispute resolution About You To be successful in this position you will be a self-starter and have excellent administration and customer relationship skills.
You will also have: Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
Time management and prioritisation skills second to none The ability to quickly absorb detailed and specific processes.
High attention to detail - every detail counts The ability to use multiple software applications (we use: BCMax, Microsoft Office / Teams etc) Strata experience preferred but not necessary.
Above all, you will show initiative, be proactive and can problem solve.

Comprehensive and on-going training will be provided to the successful individual.
