Candidates placed over 1.5 years ago and 5 years ago relish the relaxed yet professional management team who trust them to do their jobs.DutiesTaking over a Directors portfolio, this role will see you autonomously managing a portfolio of schemes whilst being supported by an Insurance Manager and a Compliance Manager.Day-to-day management of circa 45 small buildings / approx 500 lots (mainly in the East)Liaising with owners / stakeholdersDrafting agendas, actioning minutes, arranging and approving quotesOverseeing compliance and By-law adherenceIssuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolutionChairing meetings and actioning itemsClient service to ensure portfolio retention (and growth)Specific RequirementsA demonstrated ability to autonomously manage a strata portfolioA current Strata Certificate / LicenseReliable motor vehicle and drivers licenseBenefitsPortfolio all local in the Eastern SuburbsGood work/life balancePride themselves on long-term staff and great moraleEasy, unmetered on-street parkingGood systems in place (StrataMaster and FileSmart)As much or as little access to training as you likeBuilt-in Christmas shutdown 23rd Dec – 13th JanTo express interest in this opportunity, click the APPLY button and we'll get in touch
