Mobile Motor Mechanic / Roadside Assistance - Sydney (All areas)We are looking for a qualified Light Vehicle mechanic with proven experience in vehicle maintenance and roadside assistance.
Our focus is on providing the highest level of service to our customers.
The right candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, be highly motivated, and possess excellent customer service skills.
You will be responsible for providing a mobile repair service.
In this largely autonomous role, you will be responsible for:
Timely and effectively carrying out mobile repair jobsOrganising and prioritising work instructions/job call outsAccurately completing all paperwork in line with appropriate legislation and company policyWorking in a safe manner; abiding by company policy in terms of housekeeping, public safety, and working with hazardous materialsAchieving monthly set KPIs set by your manager for service performanceYou will be provided with:

Qualified MechanicThe right to work in Australia (in the form of Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a valid Visa)Valid Driver's licenceA willingness to undergo a National Police Check and a medical checkExcellent customer service skills with a desire to help peopleIn addition, you will:
Be a practical thinker and have a positive, helpful demeanour in all customer interactionsPossess a high level of integrity, as this is a highly autonomous role; we are seeking someone who will act in an ethical manner at all timesBe flexible with work hoursIf you're good at what you do and enjoy interacting with customers, we would love to chat with you.
