Join Brillare Electrical – Play a Crucial Role in Our GrowthBrillare Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator – Commercial Projects to help drive our business forward. This newly created role is essential as we take on large-scale commercial construction projects ranging from $500k to $3 million. You will be responsible for implementing tendering systems and overseeing projects from initial estimates to final handover, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement tendering procedures, working with senior management to streamline our estimating processes.Analyse project drawings, specifications, and related documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.Manage project estimates, budgets, and handover documentation for smooth transitions upon project completion.Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high standards.Leverage your existing industry contacts and build new relationships to expand our business opportunities.Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.Focus on Heavily Commercial ConstructionThis role is focused on heavily commercial construction projects, where your expertise will be vital. You will be expected to manage complex, high-value projects with a deep understanding of industry standards, regulations, and the specific demands of commercial clients.What You'll Need to SucceedA minimum of 5 years' experience in estimating commercial electrical projects, ideally up to $3 million in value.Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).Strong industry connections and comprehensive knowledge of the commercial construction sector.Proven experience in setting up tendering processes and managing end-to-end project estimation and delivery.Ability to prepare accurate budgets, forecasts, and handover documentation.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.In-depth understanding of Australian Electrical Standards and Building Codes.Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.Why Work with Brillare Electrical?At Brillare Electrical, we believe in supporting our team's growth and providing opportunities for long-term career development.
