ABOUT THE ROLE:
Location: RAAF East Base - East Sale
DEFENCE Security roles
Must be an Australian Citizen to obtain clearance
Receive a potential sign-on bonus.
Wilson Security is expanding in Victoria, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of Victoria.
This growth has created new roles within our VIC team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers.
They offer training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends (24/7 availability) & flexibility to work as a Reliever across multiple sitesExcellent customer service skillsBe a lateral thinker in solving issues that may ariseHave an understanding of communication lines and chain of commandHave an understanding of emergency and alarm response protocols including fire systemsProtect and maintain security & integrity of building and infrastructureSubmit electronic or paper incident and hazard reportsBe well presented and well-spokenHave good IT skillsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Current Victorian Security Licence and First Aid CertificateDefence Security Guards must be Australian Citizens for clearance purposesFlexibility to work 24/7 rotating rostersAbility to work in high-pressure environmentsGood conflict resolution skillsWell-presented and spokenGreat communication skillsWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
