With 8 branches operating successfully statewide, we pride ourselves on being the 'Single Largest Truck Transport Solution in WA'.
About the Role TCWA is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Forrestfield head office.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant & Administration Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of the daily operations of the front office and the sales administration process for our New Trucks Sales team.
This role requires someone who is a quick learner, adaptable, and has the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities Assist the Sales Administrators with processing the sale of new trucksAssisting with month-end processes and ad hoc reportsProviding administrative sales support to the sales teamCompleting the licensing and paperwork of new vehiclesAssisting with relief cover for reception as requiredThe Successful Applicant To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
Previous exposure and experience in a Receptionist and/or administrative position would be highly desirableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentThe ability to work well under pressureStrong organisation and time management skillsCurrent Driver's License & reliable vehicleWhy Work for Truck Centre WA?
