ResponsibilitiesYour new role:The Project Administrator position will be responsible for managing all administrative functions within the Project Management Office (PMO) to support Project Managers in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Management Office (PMO)Provide pre-sales assistance to the Sales & Marketing team and support other divisions, including Survey, Mapping and Digital SolutionsUtilize financial and project management tools to effectively monitor and manage project costs, timelines and deliverablesAssist in the preparation, organization and distribution of essential project documentation, including reports, contracts and schedules.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation for ease of access and reference.Process and review invoices ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and adherence to project budgetsEnsure clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and key updatesWhat we're looking for:To be successful in this role you will already have prior experience in a project management environment along with:
