The Opportunity:This role will place you at the heart of significant commercial litigation, class actions, and complex financial disputes, working directly with a highly successful Partner who is passionate about guiding and mentoring junior lawyers.
This role will see you working within a team of dedicated and high-performing litigators.
This position offers excellent hands-on experience, development opportunities, and the chance to learn from some of Australia's top litigation professionals.

The Role: As a Junior Associate, you will be an integral part of the Disputes team, gaining hands-on experience in high-stakes commercial litigation and financial disputes.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative environment, where you'll receive direct mentorship from senior team members.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the partner and other senior lawyers on complex litigation matters and class actions.Assisting with legal research, drafting, and preparation of court documents.Engaging in case strategy discussions and participating in client meetings.Managing deadlines, organising case materials, and assisting with trial preparation.Working closely with the team to ensure smooth case progression and high-quality client service.The Applicant: The ideal candidate will bring:
