Job Description
About the Company: My client is a market leader in lifting solutions and provides services to all major infrastructure industries.
Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join the team with interviews to commence immediately.
This position can be based out of Somerton or West Melbourne.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting in planning and allocating pickup and delivery tasks to ensure all pickups and deliveries are completed in accordance with customer and legislative requirements.
Creating and maintaining contractor inductions and run sheets.
Arranging interstate flights for contractors.
Managing and maintaining site and employee inductions.
Providing assistance to the fleet controller.
Liaising with customers with a focus on a high level of customer service.
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have:
1-2 years of experience as a Logistics Administrator.
SAP experience preferred.
A strong work ethic.
Reliability and self-motivation.
A high standard of work.
Salary: $70-80K + super (depending on experience).
