Due to our growth, we are seeking an additional dental assistant. Our practice offers a friendly and supportive environment where teamwork and personal growth are valued.
Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. While experience is an asset, we are open to training enthusiastic candidates who are eager to learn. For the right candidate, we also offer the opportunity to obtain a Certificate III in Dental Assisting if untrained.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Your Dentist: Ensuring that your dentist has all the materials and instruments they need, prepared and ready for every procedure.
Procedure Preparation: Setting up treatment rooms efficiently, ensuring all equipment is sterilised and ready for use.
Patient Care: Providing exceptional care to patients before, during, and after their treatments, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Invisalign Support: Assist with digital scans, aligner fitting, and patient education for Invisalign treatments.
Infection Control: Follow all infection control protocols and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a clean working environment.
Lab Work: Assist with tasks like creating 3D models or preparing materials for lab work.

Qualifications:

Certificate III in Dental Assisting is preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
