Configuration Specialist

We're on the lookout for a Configuration Specialist to configure, manage and test the Award Interpreter as part of InvoCare's HumanForce implementation.
This is a maximum term (6 months) position with potential to convert to permanent.About InvoCareInvoCare is a leading provider of funeral, memorial, and cremation services across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality support to families and loved ones during some of life's most difficult moments.
We also operate pet cremation services and private memorial parks.Our rolePlaced within our Operations Support team, you will work with our broader Time and Attendance team to ensure both implementation and 'business as usual' activities are provided for.Your responsibilities will include: Configuration of all new Award and EBA interpretationsUpload test scripts to facilitate confirmation of correct Award configurationsTroubleshoot and remediate Interpreter related timesheet issuesProviding guidance on the feasibility and implications of ER and IR changes within HumanForce's capabilityWe will also look to you to provide back up support for our Time and Attendance team, and to coach and support our field team concerning roster exception processing.Who We're Looking ForOur ideal candidate will have the following attributes and skills: Extensive experience in administering the HumanForce application, including Award interpretation and configuration experienceGeneral HumanForce Time and Attendance administrationRostering and Timesheet pay processing experienceTesting and troubleshooting configurationIt will be a bonus if you have also had prior payroll, rostering and timesheet pay processing experience.Why Join InvoCare?Working with InvoCare is truly a unique and rewarding opportunity, you will: Work with incredibly committed and caring people in a purpose driven organisation.Experience the privilege of honouring life and serving families in everything we do.Have a strong sense of pride in the work you do each day.Location: We are excited to be based in our new offices in Rhodes.
