About the role:
As our AI Solutions Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of operational transformation, leading talented teams to design and deliver AI solutions that solve complex business challenges.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Architect and deliver next-generation AI applications that revolutionise how our clients operate Lead cross-functional teams of developers, data scientists, and engineers Work with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and cloud platforms Drive innovation in AI solution delivery and implementation Shape the technical direction of our growing AI practice What Makes This Opportunity Unique:

We're looking for a technical leader who combines deep AI expertise with strong business acumen.
You likely have:
8+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years focusing on AI/ML applications Proven track record of leading teams delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks, MLOps, and cloud platforms Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices Exceptional ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions This role requires a willingness to travel across Australia.
