About the role: As our AI Solutions Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of operational transformation, leading talented teams to design and deliver AI solutions that solve complex business challenges.

You likely have:
8+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years focusing on AI/ML applicationsProven track record of leading teams delivering enterprise-grade AI solutionsDeep expertise in modern AI frameworks, MLOps, and cloud platformsStrong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practicesExceptional ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutionsThis role requires a willingness to travel across Australia.
