As we grow, we are looking for a dedicated Project & Onboarding Manager to oversee customer projects and ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience while driving internal project success. Who we are Decidr is an AI-powered operating system on a mission to transform how business is done.
We're creating hundreds of AI micro roles to automate thousands of functions and workflows which make up the bulk of repetitive daily tasks.
Think automated messaging and comms, intelligent data validation and financial forecasting.

We currently have an office in Sydney's CBD, and many of our team work in a hybrid way, collaborating with colleagues across multiple time zones.The role As the Project & Onboarding Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer success from initial setup through ongoing engagement.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Sales, and Operations, to guarantee timely, on-budget delivery of customer projects.
In addition, you will manage internal initiatives to enhance our processes and capabilities, helping Decidr.ai scale effectively.
Responsibilities Oversee the entire customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.Plan, execute, and monitor customer projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Act as the primary point of contact during project implementation, keeping stakeholders informed and addressing any issues.Work closely with Solutions Architects, Sales, and Operations to align resources and expectations.Manage internal initiatives to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.Proactively identify and address risks, obstacles, and customer concerns to ensure successful project outcomes.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine onboarding and project management processes to improve customer satisfaction and team efficiency.Requirements 3+ years in project management or customer onboarding, ideally within SaaS, AI, or technology-driven industries.Strong track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completionAbility to anticipate challenges and develop solutions to ensure project success.Familiarity with AI or data platforms is a plus but not mandatory.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Trello, or Asana) and CRM systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams effectively.Ready to become part of something bigger?
