Front Desk Coordinator

Receptionists (Administration & Office Support) We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented front office coordinator to join our team at two of our clinics.
As the first point of contact for our dental practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients.
While experience in a dental office is preferred, we prioritize a strong commitment to customer service and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a positive attitude to ensure an outstanding patient experience from the moment they enter our practice.
We have two full-time positions available; one located in East Victoria Park and one in Mount Lawley.
We have three practices in Perth run by Practice Principal, Dr. Dave Norcross. EVP Dental and Mount Lawley Dental are modern and expanding dental practices with a strong patient flow, with a dedicated nursing, hygiene, and administrative team.
The three practices are spread across Perth, yet we work together as one team, operating to the same high standards of patient care.

We're part of an expanding dental practice group under Bupa Dental Care, with an ethos centered in passion for patient care and the patient experience.

Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, presenting treatment plans, processing accounts, handling enquiries, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
The ideal candidates should possess exceptional communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building relationships.
You will also be a brand champion for the practice and our people and help grow the business alongside our Practice Manager.
