Together we drive positive business outcomes, taking a considered, cost conscious approach that makes a difference to our customer experience.As the Coordinator Training Scheduling, Flight Crew, you will be responsible for the scheduling of Flight Crew training to achieve optimum efficiency and effectiveness in satisfying the requirements of the applicable flying programs. Located within Workforce Planning, this position will ensure compliance with the relevant CASA regulations, industrial agreements, and company policy.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludePlan, monitor and amend the scheduling of training and logistics to achieve optimum efficiency and effectivenessFormulate constructive plans for each roster periodProduce rosters that deliver the business training programEnsure compliance with regulatory, statutory and industrial award obligationsDevelop an optimised rostering process that meets the needs of all key stakeholdersProduce and maintain efficient training patterns to support the current operational rosters in both the planned and operational environmentTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:The ability to work in a team and be highly motivated and goal drivenThe ability to focus in a high-pressured environment and work calmly under pressureProficient in Microsoft productsAbility to demonstrate flexibility in relation to operational needsLateral thinking and strong analytical skillsProven problem solving and decision-making skillsHighly organised with proven ability to work to strict deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levelsWorking knowledge of the flying program, business and Crew requirementsTertiary qualifications in Aviation, Business or Logistics related field (desirable)Knowledge of the Australian Industrial framework, Company Policy and CASA regulations (desirable)Experience in Training System (e.g. Jeppesen, ARMS desirable)The successful applicant will be a team player who can demonstrate excellent organisation skills and an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
