We are looking for a new Regional Director for the Henning Larsen Sydney office About Henning Larsen Henning Larsen is an international design studio with Scandinavian roots and values at the core of who we are.
We aim to promote a creative, non-hierarchical workplace, which fosters supportive environments and the freedom to assert and test new ideas and visions.

We currently employ approx.
650 people working in an international environment. We are looking for a dedicated Regional Director to lead Henning Larsen's Australian operations, drive growth in the Australian market, and ensure excellence in project delivery and team development.
Henning Larsen established a design studio in Sydney CBD in 2024 with a team of 7 and ambitions to grow our Australian presence as an international design practice.
Your leadership will be instrumental in building our market position together with the Design Director, and cultivating a thriving, talented team to align with our spearhead ambitions in the APAC region.
You will be responsible for the overall financial performance of the Australian business in alignment with the budget.

Skills and experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Director with budget responsibility within architecture, landscape architecture, or urbanism.15+ years of experience, including significant international or Australian practice expertise.Deep knowledge of project management, contract management, legal frameworks, and technical requirements.Demonstrated ability in resource planning, team leadership, and performance management as well as commercial understanding and budgeting.Australian citizenship or permanent residency.Personal attributes: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.Proactive, results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence and professionalism.How do you apply?
