As a Production Trainer at our Youfoodz production facility in Karawatha, you'll be instrumental in designing and delivering training programs to a diverse team, focusing on compliance and safety.
This role emphasizes empowering others through shared knowledge and collaboration across teams to build a stronger, more capable workforce.
What you'll DoLead engaging induction sessions for new team membersDevelop tailored training and development plans aligned with company growth strategiesMeasure and assess the impact of training initiatives on the team and businessProvide follow-up support to ensure effective application of trainingKeep training programs relevant, up-to-date, and valuable for our business needsSupport the Training Manager in creating in-house learning materials and programsPartner with various departments to understand and address their training needsUpdate programs to reflect best practices and changing regulatory requirementsHelp manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS)Foster employee engagement by modeling positive behaviors in line with Youfoodz valuesTake on additional responsibilities as needed to support training goalsWhat you'll bringCertificate IV TAE40110 + LLN+TAESS502 Design and Develop Assessment Tools, or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or higherAt least 2 years of experience as a food production worker, with supervisory experience in food manufacturing and an understanding of GMP regulatory complianceDesirable with experience as a Learning Partner or Trainer in a manufacturing environmentStrong communication skills, with proficiency in EnglishAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyA passion for supporting others in achieving learning outcomesFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environmentAwareness and sensitivity to diverse learning needs and backgroundsEnthusiasm for creating positive learning experiencesWhat we offerThe chance to impact one of the fastest-growing global food tech companies during an exciting growth phaseAn open, collaborative environment with plenty of learning opportunities and personal growthA diverse, vibrant international team with offices across 17 countriesAccess to an onsite gymFree subscription to Headspace for mental well-beingAre you up for the challenge?Please submit your application below, including your salary expectations and earliest start date.
