Wilson Security has an established Blue Chip national client portfolio which is in a period of significant growth.ABOUT THE ROLE:Location – Perth CBDRoster is 1500 – 2100 Monday to Friday and 0700 - 1500 on Saturday6 hour shiftsLevel 4Onsite parking availableWilson Security is expanding in Perth, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of WA. This growth has created new roles within our Perth team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Providing strong Customer Service to tenants, visitors, contractors & clientProactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems and Work Order SystemsExperience with fire panels is essentialConducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety riskIdentifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectificationProviding support to tenants and clientManaging contractors and deliveriesResponding to emergency situationsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Strong Customer Service SkillsProactive and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work well in a team or autonomouslyAbility to work on an afternoon rosterAustralian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work RightsPrevious experience in Corporate Concierge security roleDemonstrated ability to prepare and write reportsDemonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV)Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periodsValid WA Security LicenseCurrent First AidWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
