Job Description In these casual roles, based across our four Rehabilitation and Mental Health campuses in Hawthorn, Camberwell and Brighton, you will be part of the Hospitality Services team and report to the Hospitality Services Operations Manager.
You will make an impact by: Providing a high quality clean and safe environment for patients, doctors and staffProviding efficient and excellent cleaning services including bed making, laundry, linen distribution and waste disposalBeing respectful, understanding and compassionateWorking with a committed team and striving for consistently efficient servicesTo be successful in this role… You will have an upbeat personality and positive attitude.
You will be happy working autonomously, in a team and with patients directly.
You will have: A strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver on, and respond compassionately to our patient's needsExcellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly, confidently and courteouslyAn organised approach to work and ability to work consistently and effectively in a busy environmentA well-developed understanding of Infection Control in a hospital environmentAdaptability to change tasks throughout your shift readilyFlexibility with availability for rostered shifts across morning, afternoon and weekendsAbout Rehabilitation & Mental HealthEpworth's Rehabilitation and Mental Health services are some of the most progressive of their kind in Australia.
