Medical Administration (Healthcare & Medical) Hub and Spoke Health is a multidisciplinary mobile allied health practice that treats patients in their own home.
Our group is made up of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, art therapists, music therapists, allied health assistants, and administrative staff.

You have: A university degree, diploma, relevant qualification, or experience.Experience within the NDIS, disability sector, aged care, allied health, practice management, and healthcare administration looked upon favourably.Outstanding organisational and time management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.An excellent phone manner.Attention to detail and thrive in a busy work environment.Comprehensive spreadsheet and word processing skills.Ability to prioritise tasks.Police check and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).Genuine care, positive attitude, and sense of humour.A great attitude towards change, if and when it occurs.Tasks & Responsibilities: Liaising with support coordinators, aged care advisors, and referrers.Liaising with bookkeeper and other administrative staff.Reporting to operations manager and director.Managing new referrals (Private/TAC/NDIS/EPC/HCP) via telephone and online.Maintaining and developing relationships with service providers for optimal delivery of care.Service agreement management.Upkeep of databases.Experience with scheduling a mobile workforce.Responding to high volumes of emails and calls.Ability to appropriately triage referrals.Obtaining all patient information accurately.Continuing education/up-skill allowance.Will learn from a young and vibrant team.Flexible work: 3 days in office in Balaclava and 2 days from home.Values We Embrace: IntegrityCommunicationCareInitiativeTo be considered for this role, please apply with a cover letter titled "Sunglasses."
