The OpportunityWithin this role you will be responsible for ensuring consistent frameworks are rolled out across the group, ensuring technical training across each site is rolled out effectively and meeting identified gaps.
Identifying technical training needs through the evaluation of current operational effectiveness.Designing, administering, and delivering technical training programs for the operations group.Managing technical training assessments and frameworks rolled out across the group.Working with the site General Managers and Senior Leaders to ensure technical training is understood and successful across the group.You will support the Operations teams with:
Developing Technical training material and toolsPartnering with OEMs to determine when external expertise is requiredSupporting OHS and Quality with development Training and Assessment toolsIdentification and development of training needs analysisUtilisation and support the development of LMSIdentifying gaps in SOPs and ensuring, via working with relevant teams, that SOPs are currentIdentifying relevant technology that can be utilised to drive efficiency in SOP developmentWhat you'll bringCertificate 4 in workplace training and assessment or similar qualificationsPrevious Experience in managing Workplace training programs5 years' Experience in a Manufacturing environmentWhy Noumi?A new day brings new opportunities and possibilities.
