In this All-Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgroundsAssisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requestsWorking in both our Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and KenoDelivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficientlyMaintaining cleanliness of our service areas.Requirements: Previous customer service experience is essentialCurrent RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essentialAvailability to work a range of shifts including late nights, weekends and Public HolidaysBar and gaming service experience is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of timeExcellent interpersonal skills.Get to know us more at careers/ How to apply....
