Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

With brand new headquarters in Melbourne, which officially opened in late October 2024, this office will serve as a pivotal hub for the company's operations in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the development and management of business support resources such as market intelligence, finance, human resources, administration, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, financing, fiscal, legal and tax affairs, and spare parts.
Responsible for the development and relationship maintenance of business opportunities, general management, direct sales end customers, and channels.
Responsible for the collation and analysis of market information, industry dynamic information, and sales data.
Responsible for platform construction, compliance control, institutional system building, team building, and resource coordination management in each country within the region of responsibility.
Achieving the regional sales targets.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in mechanical engineering, management, or marketing.
At least 8 years' experience in the construction equipment, commercial vehicle (heavy trucks, special vehicles, etc.
), and passenger car industries, with at least 3 years' experience in managing a sales team.
Familiar with the Australian and NZ markets, regulations, and policies.
Excellent team building and development skills.
Chinese and English language skills are essential.
