How You'll Shine Your role will involve welcoming and registering owners and guests, scheduling sales appointments with our onsite team, and sharing insights about local attractions. You'll ensure all necessary paperwork is meticulously completed. By establishing a genuine connection and understanding with our guests, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a standout experience.
Collaborating closely with our resort operations team, you'll ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in process and eloquently communicate the perks of traveling with Club Wyndham. Achieving set targets and KPIs will be part of your journey, with the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
