Team Leaders / Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Full time We are seeking a Team Leader with strong leadership skills to support our growing operations and ensure our Fabrication division continues to strive for consistent high standards.
You will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant fabrication and services as part of our dedicated team based in Para Hills West.
Skills and Duties: Provide effective leadership and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations and address any issues.Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ideally with the ability to think strategically and manage projects effectively.Lead by example with a strong focus on safe work practices and toolbox meetings.Ensure trades people are trained to the highest level and track job time and costs to support continuous improvement.Experienced Leadership capability within heavy fabrication/welding and preferably in the mining industry.Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication).Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers.Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.Diversity and Inclusion: Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Group's Core Values.
