ProCare Australia is a Brisbane-based boutique Recruitment and Labour Hire Agency, dedicated to providing staffing support to the Community Services sector.

Our Casual staff are paid above award rates and offered flexibility to choose shifts that suit their lifestyle. There is currently huge demand for staff, so while we don't guarantee minimum hours, many casual staff are working full-time hours.
Our permanent and fixed-term contract Candidates receive expert support throughout the recruitment process. From initial interview to post-placement support, you will have a dedicated Recruitment Consultant advocating for you every step of the way.

Qualifications, Licences, and Probity:
Tertiary qualification relevant to Disability and/or Community Services Valid Queensland Driver's Licence Possession of, or willingness and eligibility to obtain a Blue Card Possession of, or willingness and eligibility to obtain a National Police Clearance Check Must have Permanent Residency to be considered Demonstrated experience in the community services sector and/or disability Salary and Benefits:
