The Opportunity:
We're looking for a skilled HV Electrician to ensure our world-class equipment operates safely and efficiently.
In this role, you will perform high-voltage electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing Komatsu's heavy equipment and other machinery, ensuring safety, quality, and operational reliability.

Roster:7/7 day shift roster (night shift as required), 12.5 hour shifts
Role Located:Clermont Coal, Foxleigh, Curragh Marc & Whitehaven Mine Sites

Relevant HV Electrical Trade qualification and certification.
Proven experience as an HV Electrician in the automotive or heavy equipment industry, with a focus on electric vehicles, ideally Komatsu machinery.
Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems and components, including inverters, converters, motors, and high-voltage batteries.
Familiarity with relevant safety standards and protocols for high-voltage systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
HV switching certification is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret schematics.
