We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced strata manager to join our growing strata, facilities and building management team.Grady's is a well-regarded agency stemming from our committed, dynamic and high-achieving collaborative team.Grady's core business model is managing mid to large scale strata complexes with a focus on delivering quality service.We limit the number of complexes managed by each strata manager, which allows us to dedicate appropriate time to achieve effective management while providing a work-life balance for our strata team.Strata management is a rewarding industry but can be challenging at times, so work-life balance is important.Responsibilities:Liaise with Owners CorporationPrepare and issue notices for meetings (AGM and meetings)Convene and conduct meetingsPrepare strata company budget and financial statementsProvide administration support to Owners CorporationEstablish positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholdersOversee payment of accountsMinimum Requirements:The ability to engage with a wide variety of people from all backgroundsA high level of business acumenThe ability to take ownership of a property portfolio and make it your ownExperience in the strata industryHow to Apply: Please provide us with a copy of your CV, and we look forward to meeting you.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Strata Manager?Do you have customer service experience?Do you have experience in a role which requires relationship management experience?Do you have experience in administration?How many years' experience do you have in a client services/account management role?
