My client is looking for someone just like you to manage rectification works on commercial buildings and strata properties
This is a fast-moving, dynamic position with a strong focus on KPIs, requiring quick thinking and effective collaboration with multiple teams within our business.
About You: Junior candidates with a great attitude will be consideredTrade/Project Coordination background essentialRenovations/rectification works on commercial projects an advantageMinimum 2 years' experience in leadership (site supervisor/leading hand)A strong desire to learn and improve skillsA full and valid driving licence About The Role: Manage end-to-end repairs for jobsPlan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones whilst ensuring timely delivery of repairsEnsure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniquesPrepare internal and external reports as the job progressesPrioritise workloads and work in an organised manner to cope with tight deadlinesDeliver first class customer service What my client offers: A competitive remuneration package based on your experience levelSeamless induction, professional development and learning opportunitiesA caring team that supports one another, we know some days are longer than others Paying up to $110k + Super + Car for a really experienced candidate.
