The CompanyOur client is a highly reputable, leading engineering contractor with 17 office locations Nationwide.
They have been specializing in a range of solutions for Building Structure Repairs and Infrastructure Asset Management specifically Remedial Building / Concrete Repair, Façade Recladding, Waterproofing and Protective Coating works.The RoleOur client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor with experience in Remedial Building and Façade Re-cladding works to join their team.
You will have 4+ years experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman in Remedial Building works (Essential).Reporting directly into an experienced Project Manager, this Remedial Building Site Supervisor would be a hands-on Supervisor with experience in all aspects of Remedial Building works.What are we looking for?Trade Qualification as either a Carpenter or Waterproofer4+ years experience as a Remedial Building Site Supervisor running projects up to $5M+Experience working on defence projects would be beneficial however not essentialDefence clearance or clean police record checkSupervisor experienced in scheduling daily work for a crew consisting of 1 Leading Hand and between 4 - 6 internal staff and subcontractorsAbility to identify issues and problem solveAbility to guide and direct subbiesA clear confident communicator that provides regular progress updates to a Project Manager and Construction ManagerWhite CardAbility to lead and give direction and adviseSupervisor with a strong safety mindsetAbility to hold Tool Box / Safety TalksFull Australian Working rightsWhat is on offer for you?Great salary: $120k - $135k (Depending on Remedial Building experience) + Superannuation + Car Allowance + Phone + LaptopPermanent Employment - Annual leave, Sick Leave, Paid Public HolidaysWork for a well-established, Nationwide, highly reputable company with an abundance of ongoing works.Work for a company that has a great supportive work culture.Work on exciting Remedial Building and Façade Recladding projects across the greater Canberra Area.How do you apply?Click the 'Apply' button and upload your resume.
