With their client-focused approach and strong attention to detail and quality, they have built strong networks, allowing for a strong project pipeline with highly reputable clients.
About the Position.As a Foreman you will work directly with the Site and Project Manager to ensure the timely delivery on a bespoke mixed-use project valued at $50m.
You will be responsible for leading the site team to ensure that all site activity is being completed efficiently, safely, and on budget.
Duties. Manage Sub-contractors and TradesmenAid and facilitate small onsite tasks to benefit project flowOversee onsite safety requirementsStructures and finishesSkills & experience. Strong communication skills to ensure all trades are working cohesivelyAbility to supervise staff onsite, including sub-contractorsDemonstrated project experience above $10MCulture.A highly enthusiastic and energetic team that thrives on challenging tasks.
Senior management takes a hands-on approach to the development of their staff and heavily invest in regular training seminars to provide career progression opportunities.
