We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and detail-loving Payroll Officer to join our vibrant, supportive team
If payroll is your jam and you're looking to work in a role that combines numbers, people, and process perfection, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for
Be the payroll hero for 7 different companies, making sure everyone gets paid on time, every time
Engage with a variety of teams, answering payroll questions like a pro and guiding them through the latest payroll laws.
Take the lead on monthly reports, reconciliations, and handling Payroll Tax, Superannuation, and Workers' Compensation.
Help keep things shipshape by assisting with audits and ensuring leave entitlements are tip-top
Become our Kronos guru (don't worry if you're not one yet, we'll help you out) and keep the HRIS/T&A system running smoothly with quarterly system audits and compliance checks.
Dive into the exciting world of international payroll by managing payroll for our awesome New Zealand team.
Roll out the red carpet for new team members, ensuring their onboarding is seamless and welcoming.
Qualifications
5+ years' experience rocking payroll roles.
Kronos/UKG Ready experience (if you've got it, flaunt it).
Knowledge of Retail or Restaurant awards?
Gold star
Impeccable attention to detail-because numbers matter.
Time management and organisational skills that would make a calendar jealous.
A high level of discretion when handling sensitive information-trust is key.
