Location: Ceduna OTR Posted on: 28 August 2024 Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in all restaurant operations.
With a commitment to best practice, you will lead the continuous development of your crew members, whilst maximising the growth and profitability of your business.About the RoleThe Assistant Manager is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant whilst performing their duties.
They will be guest obsessed, providing outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to our guests, through their people.DutiesConduct structured training for crew membersDeliver individual coaching & mentoring sessionsDevelop shift plansMonitor production controlsComplete business reporting for sales, service & safetyMaintain profitability by closely monitoring costsManage all shift safety & hygiene requirementsSkills & ExperienceRetail or hospitality leadership experience preferableExceptional organisational & time management skillsProven ability to adapt and learn quicklyBe willing to provide a current Police Clearance Certificate if successfulManagement Training PlanIf successful, you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and business.Additional OTR Benefits:For also being a part of the OTR family, you can enjoy some additional benefits:Uniforms providedOpportunity to complete nationally accredited qualificationsOpportunities to earn up to 8 weeks bonus pay as part of our Step Up Incentive Program.
