Building & Construction Property Developer Adelaide Permanent / Full Time Mixed use development opportunity in $1bn + pipeline Oversee the entire Development and Delivery function Business offers a refreshing policy on working flexibility arrangements Client Redpath Partners have been engaged on an exclusive basis by one of South Australia's heavyweight landlords and property developers to assist with a critical executive development/delivery position.
One of the market's most recognisable property brands, the group have a fully integrated development, leasing and asset management model and their portfolio consists of mixed use, industrial, and office/commercial.
Role In light of a recent re-structure the business have identified a key hire that they would like to add to the business.
This position will be responsible for the execution of an existing pipeline of projects as well as driving and managing existing internal development & delivery teams.
The business see this as an executive level role which will form part of the leadership team.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: High level strategic planning around existing portfolio of assets & land holdings Engaging and overseeing contractor relationships Delegating and getting the best out of an existing development project team Liaising with council & statutory authorities during DA process Stakeholder management; architects, engineers, agents, planning, legal Candidate The group are looking to add an experienced Development Director to the business who can work with the existing development and executive team in delivering a diverse pipeline of projects that covers South Australia.
There is a preference to find a candidate with a strong development & delivery skillset - this could have come from a consultancy or development business.
The successful candidate must be able to manage and drive market leading consultants and contractor teams on built form projects.
You must have at least 10 years experience locally in design, development and delivery and be comfortable in a flat reporting structure.
You must be autonomous and be able to take responsibility for decision making on projects.
