We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Project Delivery Team based between our Pyrmont Office and your allocated project site. Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of your allocated project in terms of project quality, schedule and commercial value.
As the Project Manager, you will:Manage the project team in relation to budget, resources, delivery and issuesOversee and manage the teams professional developmentParticipate in project meetings as requiredDevelop project budgets and financial targetsHead contract managementSubcontractor managementProgram creation, management and coordinationLiaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, clients and key external stakeholdersCoordinate and oversee project administrationCoordinate project completion activitiesEnsure that Quality Assurance standards are incorporated and adhered toAs the ideal applicant you will be:Tertiary qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying combined with significant experience in large scale constructionPrior experience in the Industrial and/or multi level tower sector will be considered highly advantageousDemonstrated knowledge of construction methodology, project management principles and project delivery methodsHighly developed interpersonal and communication skillsStrong commercial acumen and critical thinking abilitiesHow to apply
