Commercial Sales Administrator position now available Your new companyWould you consider yourself to be a committed, proactive candidate that works great within a team environment?I am currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Commercial Sales Administrator position for a Luxury Appliances company based in the heart of the Inner West.This company is looking to add a new member with a "can-do" attitude to their team, and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our commercial sales team and their clients and to liaise directly with project managers on both large and small builds.This role includes administration relating to purchase orders, returns, invoices, co-ordinating shipments, forward order updates and other administrative tasks.Your new roleProvide a friendly and professional serviceAnswer calls from external customersLiaise directly with commercial partners to co-ordinate a successful outcomeManage major accounts and ensure needs are met, input data into SAP and regularly communicate with clients and the internal commercial team to ensure high operating standards are upheld.Liaise with procurement and sales teams to forecast stock, study market and customer trends, provide general office support and source alternative solutions to deliver on customer expectations.Provide customers with accurate product informationAchieve and maintain excellent product knowledgeInvoicing Australia wideArrange and co-ordinate deliveries from warehousesUpdating orders and time schedulesPromptly deal with stock and logistic challenges, both internal and external, in an efficient and effective manner.Paperwork such as filing, invoicing, returns and placing ordersKeep up to date and respond to enquiries in a timely mannerSuggest and co-ordinate stock alternatives for new ordersFollow up a weekly inconsistency report on orders and deliveriesWhat you'll need to succeedA fun, energetic and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitudePunctual and reliablePrevious office administrator role would be highly desired.Customer service skillsPrior project management roles within a commercial division are desirableExcellent communication skillsPolite and professional phone mannerProactive on a day-to-day basisBasic-Intermediate computer skills including Excel, Word & OutlookUnderstanding of stock invoice programming is essentialAccurate data entryKnowledge of phone and business etiquetteStrong attention to detailWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or alternatively, email me directly with a copy of your most up-to-date resume to ****** this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
