Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract until the end of June 2024

Within the organisation, they foster a friendly and supportive culture, characterised by a tight-knit, small team that collaborates closely and effectively.About your new job:Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, this role will focus on managing a portfolio of the organisation's debtors and providing administrative support within the AR function while providing ad-hoc support to other functions within the business.Responsibilities include:Managing AR inbox and associated tasksPerform Collection calls as requiredManaging debtors' inboxes and handling inquiriesPreparing and issuing invoices and managing the billing processResolving account discrepanciesGenerating statementsPerform various forms of reconciliations as requiredContributing to ongoing process improvementAbout youYou will need to demonstrate a clear track record of success in a similar role.
